Find Holistic Health Support

Create Your Own Health and Wellness Journey

Taking care of yourself is essential. At UCLA, we encourage Bruins to prioritize health, which means preventing illnesses like the flu and ensuring you’re up-to-date on your vaccines. It's also about finding a supportive community, managing stress, and nurturing your mental well-being.

We offer comprehensive options to support our community’s health and well-being. At the Arthur Ashe Student Health and Wellness Center, you'll find a team of fully licensed, board-certified medical and mental health professionals. Our Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides access to licensed psychologists, whether for one-on-one sessions or group support with peers facing similar challenges. And the RISE Center, a holistic well-being hub, provides programs, trainings, and self-directed resources to foster resilience, connection, and well-being.
