Kayleigh MacPherson is the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs Administration where she leads key strategic functions for the Student Affairs organization including Human Resources and Finance, Communications and Marketing, Organizational Development and Employee Engagement, the Student Affairs Information and Research Office (SAIRO), Donor Development, and Contracts and Grants Administration. Kayleigh is also the executive lead on Student Affairs policy development and compliance and strategic planning.

Kayleigh has nearly a decade of experience at UCLA and prior to this position served as the Executive Director of the Office of Scholarships and Student Support Initiatives where she conceptualized and secured funding for strategic campus initiatives such as the UCLA Affordability Initiative, the Rothman Family Institute for Food Studies, and key Student Affairs programs such as the Chancellor's LINK program, UCLA basic needs services, and critical student group services. Prior to UCLA, Kayleigh held positions in various non-profit institutions and organizations focused on causes such as politics, law, the arts, and community activism. Kayleigh received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Spanish from the University of Virginia.

Outside of her professional work, Kayleigh is an avid runner and reader, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three young children.
