Academic Advancement Program

Arthur Ashe Student Health and Wellness Center

Both telehealth and in-person services are available. Telehealth visits are available for most services, visit the Ashe Patient Portal to schedule your appointment. COVID-19 testing is available Mon-Fri. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, think you may have been exposed, or recently tested positive for COVID-19, please call the Ashe COVID-19 Hotline at 310-206-6217. The hotline is available 7 days week 8am-4:30pm.

Bruin Resource Center

The Bruin Resource Center (BRC) specializes in supporting former foster youth, undocumented students, transfer students, veterans, students in recovery, and students with children, helping each of these groups make the most of their UCLA experience. All in-person case management appointments, legal support appointments, programming and meetings will occur remotely.

Campus Assault Resources and Education (CARE)

Prevention programming, peer education programming and healing classes will occur remotely.

Career Center

All services including career advising, employer interviews, and programming will be offered remotely. All in-person events and programs have been temporarily suspended.

Peer counseling and tutoring are available remotely. Online food closet services are also available for UCLA students who may be experiencing hunger and/or struggling to obtain food due to financial hardships.

Economic Crisis Response Team

The Economic Crisis Response Team is available remotely to assist students via email, message center, and phone. Financial Wellness

First Year Experience

Currently working remotely. First Year Experience (FYE) offers specific initiatives and programs to assist in enriching the first-year student experience. FYE works collaboratively with Residential Life and has a special focus on first-generation college students, commuters, and out-of-state students.

Fraternity & Sorority Life

All chapter and council operations have been moved remotely which includes recruitment, intake, and any new member or aspirant program. For questions specific to a chapter house, please contact the chapter president as all fraternity and sorority houses are privately owned. OFSL staff are working closely with chapter leadership and housing volunteers to align their operations with Los Angeles County and California State guidelines. Graduate Student Resource Center

All GRSC staff are working remotely and are available over email during virtual office hours. All GRSC programming, events, and resources will be offered virtually until further notice.

Graduate Writing Center

Student Affairs IT remains fully operational with the majority of staff working remotely, except those essential positions required to be onsite.

Student Health Education & Promotion (SHEP)

SHEP health and well-being programs are often carried out by Peer Health Education Interns and include topics such as sexual health, emotional health, nutrition, body image, substance harm reduction, and more. Programming events will take place in virtual formats until further notice.

Student Legal Services

Student Legal Services is available and working remotely. All client appointments and workshops are offered through Zoom. To schedule an appointment with an attorney and for more information on available services and resources, visit the Student Legal Services website. At this time, all appointment fees are being suspended.

Student Organizations, Leadership, and Engagement (SOLE)

All in-person, student-initiated activities and events are suspended. Staff are working with the 1500 registered student organizations to develop virtual programming and opportunities for students to connect with one another.

Transfer Student Center

All in-person case management appointments, programming and meetings will be conducted remotely.


UCLA Transportation has closed all in-person lobby transactions until further notice. All Information and Parking Booths will be closed until further notice. If you need to purchase parking, please use the pay stations, ParkMobile or the Bruin ePermit portal.

Veteran Resource Center

Office hours will be held virtually via Zoom to provide students with support on a daily basis. The office will be closed on the following dates: November 11th, 26th, and 27th.
