BruinCorps was launched in
August 1997 in response to a national focus on literacy and
service learning. Our challenge is to provide synergy between
community service and service learning efforts, to build collaboration
and partnerships, and to connect community service with instruction
and research.
BruinCorps Programs:
- Prepare children in
under-resourced community by enhancing their skills
for educational success.

that enhance Corps members’ effectiveness in pursuing
community service.

award for involvement in service learning.
