In Focus is intended as a snapshot of the UCLA student experience with all its complexity and challenges; it is also a way for the broader University community (faculty, staff, parents, alumni and friends) to discover more about our extraordinary students and campus life.

Among the features in this issue of In Focus are the Faculty-in-Residence program, the new Graduate Student Resource Center, the Student Fee Advisory Committee, and the latest technological improvements in student services.
